You haven’t received an order confirmation
First, check your spam folder to see if the confirmation email ended up there. If it's not there, there may have been an issue with your payment, or you might have entered an incorrect email address when placing the order. Don’t hesitate to contact us so we can confirm your order.

You’ve received an order confirmation, but haven’t heard anything since
This suggests that we’re preparing your bike for shipment. Bikes are typically prepared the business day after the order is placed. Afterward, the bike is picked up by our carrier, who will send you the track & trace information. Depending on the location of our warehouse (we have three in France, Germany, and Belgium), it may take a bit longer to receive the shipping information. Please allow 2 to 5 days before receiving the track & trace details.

You’ve received track & trace information, but it isn’t being updated
Large packages are transported by truck, which means that the track & trace information might only be updated every 2 to 3 days, when the package reaches a new transit hub.

If the track & trace information hasn't been updated for more than 3 days, please contact us, and we will follow up with the carrier!
