1. Wear parts: inner and outer tyres, chain, sprockets, cables
(brake and shift cables), brakes and brake pads.

2. Neglect by the purchaser: neglect of the bicycle by the owner.

3. Modifications and repairs: modifications made by the purchaser or
third parties, repairs that were not carried out by or on behalf of eBikeXL.

4. Unskilled or careless use: incorrect assembly, incorrect use,

forced cables, damage due to moisture (such as rust) or other external
causes. 

5. Incorrect maintenance: if the bicycle has not been maintained
in the usual manner or as described in the user manual. 

6. Transport damage: scratches as a result of transport. 

7. Incorrect accessories: use of unsuitable or incorrect accessories. 

8. Carelessness: careless use of the bicycle by the purchaser. 

9. Free promotional items: items that were obtained free of charge. 

10. Our guarantee is not transferable.
