Upon receiving your bicycle, you have the opportunity to test and review it. This applies to purchases made in-store as well as online purchases delivered by our own drivers. During the delivery, you can thoroughly test the bike to ensure it meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied, you may decide during the delivery to exchange the bike for another model.
Once the bike has been tested, approved, and received, it is considered a physical purchase. In this case, the purchase is final, and returns or refunds are not possible. This is a legal provision (Article 7:1 of the Dutch Civil Code) and applies to all physical purchases, both in-store and upon home delivery with a test moment.
If you wish to exchange or return your bike later, this can be arranged via our transport service. The costs for pickup and delivery of a new bike are €75 per trip. Additionally, cleaning costs (€25 per bike) or usage fees will be charged. If the bike is damaged, repair costs or depreciation may also be applied.
For online purchases without a prior test moment, such as orders from other regions, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs, provided the product is returned in good condition. Return shipping costs (€75) and cleaning fees (€25 per bike) are your responsibility.
