Payment with credit card in full: First, ensure that there are sufficient funds in your bank account. If that’s not the issue, contact your bank to check if your card has enough balance for the purchase. If not, we recommend paying via SEPA bank transfer.
Paying in installments with Klarna: Your payment request may have been declined for various reasons:
- The total purchase amount exceeds €5000.
- Your card has insufficient funds or the card limit is too low for the first payment.
- Your card has expired or it's a prepaid card.
If necessary, directly contact Klarna or Alma for assistance.
