For all products purchased from us, the statutory warranty applies. This means that a product must meet the expectations a consumer may reasonably have. Additionally, some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which does not affect the statutory warranty.

At Ebikexl, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our bikes. This warranty covers structural components such as the frame and electrical components such as the battery, motor, and display. For bikes that are less than two years old, the manufacturer’s warranty may provide additional coverage beyond the Ebikexl  warranty. We recommend reviewing the manufacturer’s warranty policy for the specific bike you wish to purchase. Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty does not reduce the statutory or Ebikexl warranty.

However, be aware that the validity of the manufacturer’s warranty at retailers cannot always be guaranteed if the bike was not purchased directly from them. While some retailers may honor the manufacturer’s warranty, others may not. As a result, we cannot guarantee that all dealers will accept claims under the manufacturer’s warranty.
