How can I pay with a SEPA bank transfer?Updated 3 months ago
If the purchase amount exceeds your credit card limit, you have the option to pay via a bank transfer. You will have four days to complete the transfer using the exact bank details provided. If this is not done within the specified time, your order will be automatically canceled.
Follow these steps if you choose to pay via SEPA bank transfer:
- Select the "SEPA Bank Transfer" option at checkout and confirm your choice on the next screen.
- You will be redirected to the page of our payment partner Mollie. There, you will receive the necessary bank details for the transfer: the recipient's name, IBAN/BIC, and a payment reference. If you provide your email address, you will also receive this information by email (check your spam folder if you don’t see it!). Enter your email to receive the required information for the transfer and proceed to the website.
3. Don’t forget to click "Proceed to website" to temporarily confirm your order.
4. Complete the transfer within four days via your bank’s website or app. This gives you time to add a new recipient (make sure to use the exact name: Stichting Mollie Payments). Provide the exact reference you received by email (starting with "RF"). Without this reference, Mollie cannot match your payment to the order. Your order will be automatically canceled, and the amount will be refunded.
What happens next? It may take a few days for Mollie to confirm the transfer—don’t worry, you will receive an email once your payment is approved!
If the transfer details are incorrect, especially the recipient's name or the payment reason, Mollie will refund the transfer within 3 working days.
